L'Amour Ameer - Master Classes: Aug 4th and 11th at The Lighthouse, Detroit
"I'm a former dancer of the Dayton Contemporary Dance Company, under the direction of Jeraldyne Blunden. I danced four and one half years with them and one year with SMAG Dance Collective under the direction of Michael Grooms (another DCDC dancer). I have been trained in Modern, Jazz, Horton, Graham, Ballet, Latin and African dance. I have had the privilege to train with such notables as: Jeraldyne Blunden, Jimmy Truitt, Billy Wilson, Mary Hinkson, Bess Sailor, John Rodriguez, Steven Gallucci, Louis Johnson, Ulysses Dove, Dwight Rhoden just to name a few." ~L'Amour Ameer
Mr. Ameer will be in residence at The Lighthouse (8801 Woodward Ave) in Detroit on Wednesday, August 4th and Wednesday, August 11th from 6:30-8pm. Cost: $20.
