Official Flyer - Master Classes with L'Amour Ameer
L'Amour Ameer
is a former dancer of the Dayton Contemporary Dance Company, under the direction of Jeraldyne Blunden. He danced four and one half years with them and one year with SMAG Dance Collective under the direction of Michael Grooms (another DCDC dancer). He has been trained in Modern, Jazz, Horton, Graham, Ballet, Latin and African dance. L'Amour Ameer has had the privilege to train with such notables as: Jeraldyne Blunden, Jimmy Truitt, Billy Wilson, Mary Hinkson, Bess Sailor, John Rodriguez, Steven Gallucci, Louis Johnson, Ulysses Dove, and Dwight Rhoden.

L'Amour Ameer - Master Classes: Aug 4th and 11th at The Lighthouse, Detroit

Wednesday Classes resume August 4th! Horton Master Classes!
Wednesday classes will resume at the LightHouse on Wednesday - August 4th.
Also - L'Amour Ameer, former principal dancer with Dayton Contemporary Dance Company - will teach a Horton Master class on August 4th and August 11th. Location: The LightHouse, Time: 6:30-8pm, Cost: $20

Check Us Out Tomorrow!
*We'll be featured on Channel 7 news in the morning (and possibly throughout the day) - highlighting our performance at this years Concert of Colors.
*We're performing tomorrow evening at 6pm at Max Fisher in Detroit. This performance is free and open to the public. All ages welcome.
*We're also performing at this years African World Festival in mid-August at Hart Plaza in Detroit. (day and time TBA)

Class will Resume SOON!
We're really busy performing this summer.
We will update you as soon as we have the start dates for the new semester of both Wednesday and Saturday classes. (Probably Mid-August/Early September for Wednesday classes and sometime in October for Saturday classes.)
